      -Neutral flags implemented, teams must have 75% dominance in a sector(flag) for a capture to commence
      
      -Arrow map element to show sector relationships

      -Maps besides Malden removed to create a sense of consistency while we are in the community building phase.
      -Revive system switched to basic, revive must be done with a medical kit(NOT a FAK) being a medic is NOT required for a revive, only the possession of a medical kit
      -Revive time increased to 12 seconds from 6
      -Forward spawn removed for gameplay flow
